Hi Steven,
Thank you for your review.
I'm sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. Generally, we have Neo65 units in-stock every few weeks, but if you want a specific configuration it simply needs time to manufacture the keyboard exactly in the way you've ordered it. But this process is very transparent from our side and we send out status updates about the production and delivery via email as soon as anything happens + the expected delivery time is always visible on the product page before you order the keyboard.
Regarding the DE description: The proper position ( i assume you mean that ) on where to place the stabilizers is simply depending on how exactly you want to build your keyboard. The ISO enter key for example needs the stabilizers to be put in 'sideways', otherwise the key can't work and there's only one option to place them then. For each switch/key you can put on the PCB, there is also the key printed on the PCB, e.g. ISO and ANSI Enter are specifically marked. Everything
TIf you are unsure about the build process or need help, we are always happy to help! You can always reach us via email, phone or the best option join our Discord Community as it's full of nice people always happy to help!
Best Regards
Michael
