Good switches excelent customer services

Silent tactile switches, exactly what I was after, didn't realise how clackey my old switches were until I replaced them for these.

Suspect I will be buying more of these for my other machines/keyboards, but not from Monaco Keys. I ordered 110 switches, 2 boxes of 45 + 2 sets of 10. The 2 sets of 10 were in a single plastic bag, and there were only 17 switches. Luckily, I only needed 106 switches, so not a problem this time, but leaves a bitter taste and a hesitation to order from Monaco Keys again.

Update: Monaco Keys got back to me very quickly and have answered some follow on questions I had. I will be ordering from them again in the near future, customer services is top tier.

We are always counting the switches very carefully, but of course mistakes can happen. Best way is to simply send us a support ticket and then we will send out the missing switches again :-)

As you mentioned that you luckily just needed 106 Switches and since your order was going outside of the EU through customs, i simply just refunded you for the missing switches just now so there is no need for any customs handling/fees for a small replacement shipment. If you decide to order from us again, simply send us a message before and we will of course also add the missing Akko Penguins to your order then :-)

Ultra schneller Versand - Super gute Switches

Ich hatte vorher schon Silent Switches verbaut, doch diese hier sind nochmal deutlich besser. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass es noch leiser geht.

Wonderful silent Switches

These switches are really something. Cheap price but they deliver in every aspect. They are so good that my girlfriend bought them for her keyboard too, just three days after mine were delivered.
