Good except for

One switch came broken and a couple very very bent

Bent pins are quite normal for most switches as they all come in large boxes by the factories without any protection, but you simply bend them back and they are good to go :-)

Completely Broken Pins on the other Hand should not happen at all! I've just sent you a refund for 1x 10pcs of your Switches to compensate for the broken pin
