I ordered the Athena 1800 keyboard, a desk mat, and stabilizers. Everything arrived exactly as expected and was well packaged. While assembling the keyboard, I ran into some issues and contacted customer support via email. The team responded quickly, and although I ultimately solved the problem on my own, the exchange was friendly and helpful.
