Processing & Shipping Time

We ship all orders containing in-stock items within one business day after payment is received. If an item is not immediately available, we'll let you know by email.

Carriers

We ship with DHL and DPD. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs shown are final prices including statutory VAT. The exact cost depends on your order weight and destination country and will be displayed during checkout. For international orders, we ship parcels up to a maximum of 10 kg.

• From an order value of €70.00, we ship free of charge via DHL Kleinpaket or DPD Classic.

🇪🇺 Shipping within the EU

No customs or import duties apply within the European Union. We ship with DHL Warenpost International Premium, DHL Paket International Premium, and depending on the destination also with DPD Classic.

🌍 Shipping to non-EU countries

⚠️ Important note about customs and import duties: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply upon receipt that are not included in our shipping fees. These must be paid by the recipient directly to the carrier or to the customs authority in the destination country (delivery is made on a DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid basis). Possible additional costs include: import VAT / local sales tax, customs duties (depending on the order value), and processing fees charged by the carrier. Please check the import regulations of your country before placing your order.

Note for South Korea: Recipients require a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) for customs clearance. Please provide it during checkout, otherwise your parcel cannot be delivered.

Note for Saudi Arabia, UAE & Bahrain: Customs clearance often requires the recipient's national ID number (e.g. Emirates ID in the UAE). Please provide the relevant number in the delivery instructions when placing your order.

Note for Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh & Armenia: Customs clearance in these countries can vary and may occasionally cause delays. We recommend allowing extra time for delivery.

Note for Mexico: Deliveries to Mexico can experience longer delays due to customs clearance. We recommend allowing extra time for delivery.

We deliver to all countries listed above. Deliveries to other countries are possible on request – please contact us by email at support@monacokeys.de.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email. You can then track your shipment online at any time:

• DHL: www.dhl.de/tracking
• DPD: tracking.dpd.de

Delivery

If you're not at home when delivery is attempted, the carrier will usually leave a notification card with information about pickup or redelivery. Parcels may also be left at the nearest post office or parcel shop.

Using the carrier apps, you can configure individual delivery preferences (e.g. preferred location, drop-off spot, or designated neighbour for DHL, or Predict time slots for DPD).

Transport damage

In case of visible transport damage, we kindly ask you to report it to the carrier upon receipt and to contact us immediately. Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved. This request is, however, not a prerequisite for asserting your statutory or contractual warranty rights.
