Thank you for your review and i'm sorry that you are not satisfied with your order.

The FR4 you received is from a different production round which was made without the golden outlines, the only other black plate would be an Aluminium Plate, but the difference is easily noticeable because the Alu plate has a metallic sound profile.

Generally, we recommend to not screw any of the plates to the PCB as it is not needed and will also improve the sound profile. Regarding your issue with the screws, i'll double check the plates in our warehouse next week to see if there are any issues, but usually screwing them to the PCB should work if wanted.

If you are missing any screws or accessory parts from your Neo80 order, please contact our support team - we will send you the missing parts free of charge of course. The accessories are pre-packaged from qwertykeys and while usually everything is perfect, there of course can go something wrong during production before the boards leave their warehouse. In any way, we have all the parts here in-stock and will provide replacements if needed!
