QK60 HE – 60% aluminium with magnetic switches
The QK60 HE puts Hall effect tech into a compact 60% aluminium case. Instead of mechanical contacts, every key measures its position with a magnet and a sensor on the PCB.
The prebuilt version arrives fully assembled with QwertyKeys' own magnetic switches and keycaps – no soldering, no lubing, no building.

- Rapid trigger0.001 mm, full key travel
- 8000 Hzpolling, 0.06 ms latency
- Leaf-spring gasketOwlab patent
- CNC aluminiumwith stainless steel weight
01 · Switches
In-house magnetic switches with rapid trigger
QwertyKeys developed its own magnetic switches for the QK60 HE: a large magnet, a tall dust wall in the housing and a multi-rib stem. According to QwertyKeys, that makes the switch more stable and more responsive.
Because the keyboard tracks key travel continuously, it supports rapid trigger: a key resets as soon as you let it up a little, not at a fixed reset point. QwertyKeys rates it at 0.001 mm across the full key travel. In game, that means faster stops and counter-strafes on your movement keys.

02 · Electronics
Tri-chip architecture: 8000 Hz and 0.06 ms
The electronics are split across three chips developed in-house by QwertyKeys. The main controller runs at 512 MHz.
8000 Hz

512 MHz

03 · Mount
Owlab leaf-spring gasket mount
The internals sit on Owlab's patented leaf-spring gasket mount: leaf springs carry the assembly inside the case and give slightly as you type.
The aim is a tuned typing feel and a clean sound – not a given on a gaming board.

04 · Case
Aluminium with a stainless steel weight
The case is fully CNC-machined aluminium, anodised with a fine 220-grit finish, and paired with a mirror-finished stainless steel weight. The USB-C port sits on the back.
Dark grey, dark keycaps, orange accents
Silver, clear keycaps, red accents

05 · Layout
60% in ANSI layout
A 60% layout drops the function row, arrow keys and navigation cluster – you reach them via the Fn key on a second layer. In return you get more room for your mouse, a real plus for low-sensitivity gaming. The QK60 HE comes in ANSI layout with a large backspace and a wide, single-row enter.

06 · Who is it for?
Who is the QK60 HE Prebuilt for?
For gamers
You want rapid trigger and 8000 Hz in a compact board – and plenty of desk space for your mouse.
For custom fans without build time
You want an aluminium case with a leaf-spring gasket mount instead of a plastic gaming board, but don't want to build it yourself – switches and keycaps are already on.
More compact boards are in 60% keyboards, more magnetic boards in Hall effect keyboards.
