The Gateron Magnetic Jade Pro HE Switches are Gateron's answer to the next generation of magnetic key technology. With an elegant jade-colored design, an improved magnetic core, and a rich HiFi Mahjong sound, they deliver an unmatched, ultra-responsive typing feel – ideal for gamers, developers, and keyboard enthusiasts looking to get the most out of their HE keyboard.
Highlights:
- HiFi Mahjong sound – a unique back-cover construction produces a clear, resonance-free bottom-out tone
- Dual-rail anti-wobble system for maximum stability and precise stem alignment
- Magnetic stem with neodymium core – heat-resistant up to 150 °C, with strong remanence for consistent performance
- LED Diffuser 3.0 – improved light diffusion via curved finish, ideal for RGB setups
- Pull-out optimization – switches are easier to swap and sit more securely in the socket
- 36gf initial force, 3.5 mm total travel, 120Gs initial / 750Gs bottom magnetic flux
- Factory-lubed, with LED diffuser
⚠️ Important compatibility note: These switches only work with Hall-Effect-compatible PCBs such as Wooting HE+, Geonworks HE, Neo HE, Hex80 HE, KBDfans HE, Matrix Lab HE Kit, and more. Not compatible with traditional MX PCBs or Keychron Dual-Rail Magnetic.
Good to know
- !Magnetic switches: they need a keyboard with hall sensors – a regular hot-swap keyboard won't detect them.
- •How many do you need? About 61 for 60%, 67–68 for 65%, 82–84 for 75%, 87 for TKL and 104 for full size – one more for ISO.
- +Not sure? Try 10 switches of your choice with the switch tester.

Among the bestsounding and feeling switches I've had
Among the bestsounding and feeling switches I've had, they're plain ASMR level (with tapemod).
I wish the casing was transparent or neutral like the Geon Raw or JadeMax's, warm color rbg is really distorted unfortunately.
