The Gateron KS-33 Strawberry Chocolate is a linear low-profile switch from Gateron's KS-33 series – factory pre-lubed and ideal for anyone after a light, creamy typing character in a low-profile keyboard. At around 45gf actuation force, the Strawberry Chocolate is one of the lighter KS-33 variants and works well for longer typing sessions without finger fatigue.
The milky POK top housing combined with POM stem and pink POM bottom delivers a cleanly defined, slightly dampened sound. The transparent light window in the top housing supports SMD LED lighting, the POM stem with MX-style cross provides clean keycap compatibility, and the 3-pin design ensures a secure fit in any hot-swap PCB.
Important compatibility note: The KS-33 is a Gateron Low Profile MX-Style switch and is exclusively compatible with keyboards built for Gateron Low Profile switches. It is not compatible with Kailh Choc V1 or Choc V2 footprints. Not compatible with Nuphy Air V3 - only compatible with Nuphy Air V2 and V1!
