Gateron Quinn Tactile Switches (10pcs)

The Gateron Quinn Tactile Switch offer a really nice tactile typing feel without being overly aggressive. The tactile bump is noticeable and satisfying, but not extreme, which makes them comfortable for longer use.

What I especially like is that they don’t sound clicky at all. In the right keyboard build they actually lean more towards a thocky sound profile rather than a sharp tactile click.

If you’re looking for a tactile switch with a smooth feel and a deeper sound, these are definitely a great choice.

Die "Gateron Quinn Tactile Swtiches" gefallen mir sehr. Sie klingen gut und haben einen angenehmen Druckpunkt, leider ist die werksseitige Schmierung nicht sehr gut. Man muss aber dazu sagen, dass die Switches konsistent mit Schmiermittel (Lubricant) bearbeitet wurden, viele günstigere Switches haben da ihre Schwächen. Auch die Ausfallquote (Switches, die gar nicht funktionieren oder ständig auslösen) ist sehr gering, was bei anderen Switches echt ein Problem ist. Die Schalter sind zwar relativ teuer, aber wer nach guten Taktilen Gateron Schaltern sucht, ist hier richtig.

I never had a chance to try the Quinns (or the Kangaroos) IRL, but they are as good as people on the internet say. Heavy, tactile and the sound is beautiful.
If you are looking for a reason to finally spend 60+ euros on switches, DO IT!
+ this is maybe the best online shop I ever used, I bought switches at 14:30 and they were in my mailbox the next day (on the other side of Germany).
