The MMD KM21 Ultra is a versatile custom numpad that can do far more than just enter numbers. With 17 hot-swap keys and 4 clickable knobs in a high-quality, CNC-machined aluminum case, it becomes a compact command center for your desk — whether as an extension to your main keyboard, as a macropad for creative workflows, or as a standalone input device.
What is a numpad macropad with knobs?
A numpad is the number block familiar from the right side of a full-size keyboard. Many enthusiasts use compact keyboards (60%, 65%, TKL) without an integrated number block — a separate numpad brings it back when needed, flexibly placeable on the left or right. But the KM21 Ultra goes a step further: the 4 knobs turn it into a true macropad. Via the knobs, you can control functions such as volume, scrolling, zoom, brightness, timeline scrubbing (video/audio editing), or any macros — and since each knob is also clickable, every knob adds a freely assignable key. CNC aluminum case with top-mount structure
The KM21 Ultra's case is fully CNC-machined from aluminum — for a high-quality, premium feel and a planted stance on the desk. Inside works a top-mount structure that provides a firm, precise keystroke with uniform acoustics. This is complemented by thoughtful multi-layer dampening: PORON, IXPE, and PET plate as well as additional bottom foam padding eliminate cavities and provide a clean, deep sound profile without rattle or ping.
