The URStudio Ice Ultra V2 is currently one of the most interesting Hall Effect switches on the market. Manufactured by HMX, it combines a smooth, factory-lubed typing feel with a fully transparent PC housing and integrated LED diffuser – ideal for builds where RGB lighting should really shine.

The dual-stage spring (22 mm) delivers a very light initial resistance of just 35 gf and a clean bottom-out at 50 gf – linear switching behavior that suits both gaming and longer typing sessions equally well. The POM stem paired with the PC housing produces a full, soft sound with a subtle character.

With an initial magnetic flux of 120 Gs and a bottom-out magnetic flux of 700 Gs, the Ice Ultra V2 is fully Wooting-compatible and supports features like Rapid Trigger and Snap Tap on compatible Hall Effect keyboards.
