The second generation of the Golden Apple – this time manufactured by Wingtree, currently one of the leading makers of tactile switches. The distinctive PEI bottom housing not only gives the switch its signature golden look but also a medium-pitched, thocky sound profile with real character. At its core sits Wingtree's first use of the LY stem, which combined with a medium to large tactile bump delivers a crisp, deeply satisfying typing feel. Factory-lubed with Krytox 205g0 on the stem legs and sliders, plus pre-treated spring and leaf – ready to use straight out of the bag.
