Kraze — Keyboard + Craze + Crazy
The Kraze is a 65% custom keyboard by Nuxros, produced in collaboration with Kezewa. The name is a coined term combining Keyboard, Craze, and Crazy — and exactly this mix of enthusiast obsession and thoughtful engineering can be felt in every detail. For mounting, it uses PCBSnap — developed jointly by Nuxros and GEON, with the Kraze being the first keyboard designed specifically for it.
65% layout — compact and workflow-friendly
The Kraze uses the popular 65% format — compact, but with preserved arrow keys and an additional column on the right with navigation cluster. Perfect balance between 60% and TKL layouts, ideal for heavy typists, programmers, and office workflows that don't want to give up arrow keys.
PCBSnap mount — the Kraze as the first keyboard designed for it
The Kraze uses PCBSnap as its mounting option — a mounting method developed jointly by Nuxros and GEON to improve classic O-ring mount keyboards. PCBSnaps are therefore compatible with many other keyboards originally designed for O-ring mounting — however, the Kraze is the first keyboard designed specifically for this mounting style: every detail in the case, from the cutouts to the tolerance chain, is optimized for PCBSnap.
PCBSnap replaces the classic O-ring mount: instead of the PCB being supported by an O-ring between case halves, it's "clamped" directly into the case structure via the snap elements. The result is a distinctive sound and feel character with precise bottom-out, clearly defined keystrokes, and characteristically consistent acoustics across all keys — neither too soft (like pure gasket builds) nor too hard (like classic top mounts).

The Kraze ships only with the Universal PC Plate — without PCB and without daughterboard. Perfect if you have your own compatible PCB or already own a matching setup. The Universal Plate supports ISO and ANSI layouts, split left shift, split backspace, as well as 6.25U and 7U bottom rows.
B - Kraze Solder PCB
Classic soldered variant. Supports ISO and ANSI layouts, split backspace, stepped capslock, split left shift — but only 7U bottom row. This option includes no plate — plate must be purchased separately.
C - Kraze ANSI Wired Hot-Swap PCB
Wired hot-swap PCB for solder-free switch swaps. Supports exclusively ANSI with 7U bottom row, with split backspace and stepped capslock. Ships with the MX PC Plate — designed specifically for this PCB and optimized for the best possible sound.
W - Kraze ANSI Tri-Mode Hot-Swap PCB
The wireless variant of the native Kraze PCB. Identical layout support as the wired variant (ANSI with 7U bottom row, split backspace, stepped capslock), additionally with 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth. Ships with 2× batteries and MX PC Plate.
HE - GEON Venom65 HE RGB PCB
The Hall-Effect variant from GEON with per-key RGB LEDs — compatible with the Kraze and ideal for everyone wanting a modern magnetic switch setup with adjustable actuation point, Rapid Trigger, and low latency. Perfect for uncompromising gaming without giving up the custom keyboard experience. Ships with the FR4 plate.
ER - Metapulse EC Bundle — Red Series (35g Domes)
Ready-to-build bundle with the Metapulse EC bundle and 35g Red Series domes — the lighter dome variant for a softer, lighter typing feel. Available in ISO or ANSI layout with 7U bottom row. The EC PCB supports both layouts, allowing easy reconfiguration — the matching stainless steel plate is included depending on selection. EB - Metapulse EC Bundle — Blue Series (50g Domes)
Like the Red Series bundle, but with the 50g Blue Series domes — the heavier dome variant with significantly more pronounced bottom-out feel. Also available in ISO or ANSI layout with 7U bottom row, with identical bundle contents.

Battery compartments — thoughtfully filled
The Kraze features two battery compartments in the case bottom. The standard package includes 2 foam fillers for these compartments. When choosing a wireless PCB (tri-mode), the batteries are installed instead of the foam fillers. If you want additional weight and a more planted feel, you can alternatively order the stainless steel battery compartment weights as an add-on.
