The Smurve80 is a modern 80% keyboard featuring a true ergonomic curve, inspired by the IBM Model M and combined with contemporary technology, tri‑mode wireless connectivity, and an integrated solenoid for an authentic retro feel.
It’s designed for enthusiasts seeking an exceptional typing experience — not through gimmicks, but through form, comfort, and character.

Smurve80 – The first true curved mechanical keyboard of its kind

A smile in keyboard form

The name Smurve comes from Smile + Curve — and that’s exactly what you feel the moment you start typing. The Smurve80 is the first mass‑produced mechanical keyboard with a genuine, continuous curved chassis, made from a specially developed injection‑molded ABS case.
The curve isn’t just design — it’s the heart of the typing experience. Its gentle arc follows the natural position of your hands, creating a familiar, relaxed, and ergonomic feel.

Retro inspiration meets modern engineering

The Smurve80 is a contemporary reinterpretation of the iconic IBM Model M curve, optimized for MX switches, modern layouts, and wireless operation.
It’s not a copy — it’s an evolution for enthusiasts who appreciate classic forms but expect modern features.

Solenoid: Typewriter 2.0

A standout feature is the integrated solenoid module, giving every keystroke a characteristic, rhythmic typewriter‑like kick.
This creates a typing sensation far beyond what conventional mechanical keyboards offer — an acoustic and tactile experience.
